We had the best day with our full day pontoon rental. Ross was amazing!! He called us to update us on the weather/possible rain while we were on the water. He was always available if we had a question about anything throughout the day. He’s very personable & helpful. Thanks for making my birthday celebration go smoothly Ross!! I will definitely be renting again soon.

Jet Ski Madison is a wonderful company and I highly recommend using them for pontoon and jet ski rentals. They have great customer service and will go above and beyond to be sure they do the right thing by their clients. We rented a pontoon for a full day, had some technical issues, and they upgraded us to their awesome luxury pontoon. If you can get this boat, do it, it’s awesome! Their dock location is also great so much easier to get in and out from the Warner Park dock than their competition down the lake. I’ll be renting jet skis from them later this week and am looking forward to another experience with them.
My sons and I rented two jet skis for 2 hours on Lake Mendota. Larry and his crew were great. Our first date had to be changed due to a funeral and Larry was very responsive, rescheduled with us without question. The day of the rental they called to make sure we knew where to meet. They were there waiting. They went over final paperwork and we were in the water in a matter of minutes. Great operation, lots of fun! Strongly recommend if you want to go jet skiing.
Fast, thorough and fair. I would highly recommend Jet Ski Madison. Smooth operation that was prompt meeting at Warner boat launch, Nicole was very thorough going through basics of safety protocol. We were out on the lake after just five minutes of getting there. Great time!
Had a awesome time in Madison with my family the other weekend and it’s all thanks to jet ski Madison! The customer service was terrific! Katie walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us some good tips and direction where to go. Thanks a lot Katie! Jet ski Madison is very lucky to have an employee like yourself! Highly recommend renting a boat or jet ski from here. You will not regret it!!!
