I HIGHLY recommend this jewelry store. It was my first time there and I will most definitely be going back. They engraved my fiance's wedding band and it came out amazing! The staff was so incredibly nice, friendly, and all have mastered customer service skills! They helped me pick out a nice font for the engraving and I'm so glad I took their recommendation. It's perfect! They are also incredibly efficient. The engraving was completed within one business day. I'm so impressed and want to thank them for their kindness.

The staff was patient, kind, and helpful and we LOVE our rings :) Plus they cleaned my engagement ring for free and made it look like new! I must say that if you need anything and great service this is your to go place. Chelsea is your girl. If you don't have no knowledge about diamonds color cut clarity when you leave here you will know everything about your diamond and have an understanding of size and all of that very friendly knowledgeable excellent service and they are not the pushy type to try to sell you any type of diamond they explain everything about your diamond and they let you make the choice. She falls nothing short of wonderful and I want to say thank you for helping pick out this beautiful ring that I have and making it all happen. I definitely recommend and tell everybody about jewelers on main.. they treat you like family build good relationships with their customers and most importantly you get great quality of jewelry and you will leave with a smile on your face..

Very friendly and courteous staff. We were greeted at the door. My wife had a necklace shortened and the jeweler did it right then! I also dropped off a clock for repair since that service is also available. Also, the best ring cleaning and polishing I've ever experienced (and it's free)! This was my first time to visit the jewelers and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
