Brandon was great in getting my appointment scheduled, following up to let me know when someone was on the way and making sure that I was satisfied after the fact. Scott was very professional in his installation and communication regarding his work. He worked quickly and cleaned up completely before he left. I can't say enough great things about both of them. This is not a review of the services of the company. It is a review of the driver of their company van. On 6.5.19 around 4:20 pm the driver of this van accelerated off of Rivergate Parkway onto I-65N and proceeded to cross two lanes of traffic with no concern for the rush hour traffic. The driver also failed to use the blinker to indicate that he/she was forcing their way across two lanes of traffic because HE/SHE was in a hurry. I backed off from this reckless driver after my passenger took this photo because we wanted to make it home intact and I need my car to get to and fro work. I understand that those of us who drive private cars can act like idiots sometimes (not an excuse just a fact) but when someone is driving a COMPANY van they should heed caution and not drive reckless. This driver is a representative for the company and I was not the only one to take notice of the madcap driving skills. At one point I made eye contact with a driver beside, me who this driver cut off, and we both just threw our hands up in the air in agreement. So Jewell Mechanical the name of your company is now ingrained negatively in a dozen or so minds because of your careless driver.

Tim - with Jewell came out on Christmas Eve and resolved a three year old issue with our heat pump in a matter of a couple of hours. These folks are courteous, friendly and professional. If you need help with your HVAC or Plumbing they are THE BEST!
