I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry. Dana is an experienced jeweler and will help you find any type of ring, necklace, bracelet etc that you are interested in. It's nice to have this personal touch unlike the big stores that charge you 3x's plus more to cover their overhead. A Service Thank You!! I Very Highly Recommend Golden Moments Jewelers.

All I wanted was a simple clasp to replace the broken one on my favorite bracelet. I went to one repair shop in the Wellington Green Mall. They didn't tell me they didn't have the same type of clasp, instead they put magnetic balls on the ends of the bracelet. That was a complete joke, it came apart instantly. I said that's unacceptable and wanted something else. So they put on one of those cheap round clasps -- the kind that are on necklaces. I couldn't clip it by myself, like I could with my original clasp. That was all they could do they said. When I asked for a refund they pointed to the sign in the store that I apparently missed, stating "no refunds allowed". What really bothered me more than not getting a refund was their obvious disinterest in helping me. I guess this type of repair was not worth their time. When I saw Golden Moments on-line even though they had several good ratings I wasn't expecting much because I had already gone to a couple of places and they couldn't do the job right. I was so pleased and happy with the friendly service I received from Dana at Golden Moments. He immediately knew what piece would work to hold my bracelet in place. It was even better than the original clasp. I received it in a couple of days and the price was so affordable. Dana, the owner is very experienced and he is a person who is interested in satisfying his customer no matter how big or small the job, and doing the job right. I was so impressed.

Dana is an absolute genius. He took a diamond broach that was my mother's and designed 3 pairs of beautiful earrings for my nieces. Even though they never had an opportunity to meet their great grandmother, Dana gave me an opportunity to share this with them!

Extremely friendly to deal with, more than reasonable prices. If you have high end watches, this is definitely the spot to visit, not a cheap kiosk at a shopping mall. Have done business with them for several years and always pleased with the result. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

pay the extra money for a professional i could overlook the messy office, but messy job that is SIMPLE? thank goodness i opted for nothing complex otherwise i would have been completely SOL since i'm sure he isn't insured. being a jewelry designer that doesn't design jewelry doesn't make it better
