The was an extraordinary experience and I'm forever grateful. I had an earring that needed to be repaired. I imagine time is preferred for such a job, but this was an extenuating circumstance. I needed the earrings fixed right away. They were my mothers FAVORITE and I accidently broke the post trying to straighten it. They had to be fixed before I gave them to her and I had to have it done within a couple of hours. With precision, efficiency and compassion, Jewelry Repair and Making did exactly that. With time to spare, I was able to take my mother's favorite earrings to the funeral parlor so she could wear them, she was being buried the next day. Thank you is just not enough.

This place is top notch. I have had numerous items fixed and replaced. They have fixed many jump rings for charms and replaced the glass in an old watch with sentimental value. I appreciate their honesty about what can be done to fix things. The prices are fair and reasonable. The staff is always friendly. New jump ring for my charm. Way better quality then the cheap one it came with.

They were able to fix it within minutes at no charge! They even cleaned it for me and now it’s like new again. Such a relief! Highly recommend!
