I've been a customer of Jewelry Repair Services for a number of years, and I will NEVER go anyplace else for either repairs or to purchase jewelry. To watch Carl in person as he repairs my items is like watching a surgeon perform delicate surgery on a patient. Seriously!! That's how tedious the work can be, and yet unless you see it being performed, one would never imagine the precision that it takes. DeRosa is the best around.
I normally don't write reviews because because most companies do a mediocre job and don't deserve praise. I do make exception when I find a company that treats a customer with respect ,care and appreciates the customer business. I have gone back to DeRose for some custom work that were complex and detailed. They performed the work for me that others had decline to and or were unable to perform. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. So, next time you need jeweler or need your jewelry repaired there is only one place to go, Derosa Jewelers.
