I generally don't like to going to car dealerships or dealing with salespeople. However, my experience with Jim Ellis Volkswagen and Andrew Tucker was a pleasant one. Andrew was polite and very helpful when discussing my options. He did not make me feel pressured into buying anything at all. He listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect car to match my needs. When the price conversation happened he was very upfront and answered all of my questions. We were able to negotiate a deal that was beneficial for both of us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.
