I just bought the third Outback that I have bought from Jim Keras on Covington Pike. They have been great all three times. In each case they made the whole process simple, easy, completely understandable and near as I can tell from a lot of research that I did before buying the cars, I got as good and fair a deal as it is possible to get on a new Subaru. I have also had my cars serviced at their dealership and have always found them to do an excellent, efficient and very fairly priced job. The people are friendly and the facilities are excellent. I actually almost look forward to taking my car up there for servicing. They get my highest recommendation.

If you're looking to purchase a Subaru, Dave Ellison at Jim Keras is the man! He is extremely knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles and is extremely professional with an awesome side of personality! If he doesn't have the answer to your questions, which is doubtful, he will find out for you! Go see Dave Ellison and all the fine folks at Jim Keras Subaru for your next car! I've had mine a little less than a month, and I LOVE it! Our family members are all starting to look at Subaru too.

Purchased a new Subaru Forester Sport over the weekend. First new car purchase since 1997 and first time I've strayed from owning a Toyota. The quality of the Subaru seems awesome so far, and the customer service is top notch! Much better than other car companies. I hope to enjoy my new vehicle for years to come! Oh and shout out to Chris Hitching who went above and beyond, and we were challenging buyers haha. If you choose Subaru, ask for Chris.

While visiting Memphis, we stopped into Jim Keras Subaru and test drove a BRZ. We worked with Caleb Davis. He was so great to work with. We decided to wait until the performance package came out and Caleb kept in touch with us until the package was out and we placed our order. We had planned on taking the train down to Memphis (from Rolla, MO), but when the car arrived we weren't able to get down there. Caleb knew how excited to get my new car, so he arranged to have it delivered to us halfway between us. Unfortunately Caleb had a meeting, so he couldn't come. He sent a very nice gentleman to meet us and finish up all the paperwork. We can't wait to get back to Memphis and stop by and see Caleb to thank him in person!!

I bought a brand new Subaru Forester out-of-state and brought it to Jim Keras Subaru to replace a part I had damaged. It hasn't been a good experience and overall the customer service is severely lacking. The first time I went there to check on the cost, the service guy who was there just gruffly said you'll need to ask parts and pointed me to a door. One bright spot in this experience was the parts dept. Hailey helped identify the part and wrote it down on a post-it with everything I needed to call back to order. I ordered it from Dave who was extremely personable. When it came in, he opened the box to confirm it was the right color. Fast forward today...I bring the car in to have it installed. Wow...not a good experience. I was told the car would be washed; it wasn't. There is a big sign offering a free shuttle service, but I was told they don't do that. I was told that the part didn't sit flush so I needed to take it to a body shop. So I paid to have a part installed that will need to be taken off by someone else--I paid 136/hr for that. Additionally the overall cost was 50 MORE than I was originally quoted. I'm 1,000 miles from my first service, and I'm going to have to find someone else to do the service because I cannot support bad customer service.
