Competent, reliable, and fairly priced. I dealt with Jim several years ago - - before he suffered some health problems - - and was glad to find out he is healthy and back in business. The local company that I had been using after jim was was laid up due to his health problems was sold to a delaware based company, and I had the feeling that I was being overcharged by the 'new' company . . . by a lot! As luck would have it I looked jim up and found out he was back in business. (As I suspected I was being grossly overcharged by the delaware company.) jim responded promptly and had my heat running at a fair price. Steve Lind Ocean Pines

Jim and his son came to our home in Ocean View about a year-and-a-half ago to install a brand new HVAC system. The install went very well and they were very professional and hard working. After the first summer heat we consulted with Jim that we felt the system was not able to handle the really high heat days. Jim stuck with us and checked the system out thoroughly and in the end recommended that we increase the size of our intake duct. Jim never hesitated to come and check out the system and the price he gave for the upgrade was quite fair. He takes the time to educate his customers. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is the only person we would call to manage our HVAC system. A great value also.
