This is definitely the last time that I will be coming here. I was told that it would take a week for my brace to come in and it was before the holidays that I was told this. I called after two weeks of waiting and was told that it wasn't in yet. The lady also rudly added that if it was in they would of called. I waited another week and called again because at this point my doctor's appointment was in a week to see how I was doing with the brace. This time when I called they lady answered the phone and then immediately put me on hold without saying a word to me. When the lady came back on the phone she said it wasn't in but that she tracked it and that it would be there by the end of the day. I told her that I have been waiting three weeks when it was supposed to be a week. She tried to blame it on the holidays and then hung up on me.
