DO NOT USE. Found a vehicle on their website that appeared to be a great deal...after speaking with 3 different people at the dealership and being told they would be “all over that price”, I made them send me an actual offer on paper. Thankfully I did, because the offer they sent me was 9,000 over list price of the vehicle. They refused to honor the price or come anywhere near the price listed on THEIR OWN WEBSITE. I would give it 0 stars if google would allow it. Bought elsewhere

We buy new vehicles yearly. But my experience with this dealership was not only 100% as it should have gone, but better!! Manny Ruiz made my experience stress free, easy, quick and it was done correctly!! I contacted Manny around noon one day told him I wanted this specific vehicle. I was hours away and have small children so couldn’t go to dealership. Manny not only made the sale happen, but my vehicle was delivered to my door same day!! Financial, detailing, and sales was on point at this place!! Manager of dealership even called next day to make sure I was pleased and everything was good.

My wife and I had been on the search for a good reliable vehicle for her since her car accident in November. Nathan (finance manager) is a family friend and reach out shortly after the accident offering guidance/help on the insurance side of things. Out of curiosity I reached back out a few weeks later to see if he might have something we’d be interested in on their lot. We ended up scrolling across this 2014 GMC Terrain... it only had 58K miles, 1 owner and a clean Carfax. It was the SLT-2 so it also had all of the bells and whistles. Long story short we ended up falling in love with it. I highly recommend this dealership and throughly enjoyed working with Nathan and Rob. Thank you all for everything!

First time in years I purchased from traditional dealership as I can’t stand the song and dance from a car salesman. I wanted the GMC Sierra 1500. I stopped by a few places and got what I expected, a ridiculous sales guy wanting a quick sale. I decided to stop by one more place...Jimmy Britt and I’m so glad i did. Marco was very friendly but laid back. I could tell that he liked his job, the products he sells and wanted to help. He wanted to know our budget and worked to get us the vehicle we wanted without markups. Loved that he was a Navy vet as I’m military myself. We closed on the 1500 with ease. Finance department was top notch as well. Couldn’t detail the vehicle since the purchase was late in the day and detail crew was already off. But they said take it to another detail and they will reimburse since I live 1.5 hrs from the dealership. Loved the no pressure sale. Jimmy Britt has brought my faith back in dealerships. Marco even checked on me the next few days after the sale to make sure I was loving the truck. Recommend 100%!
