My husband gave me a symbolic, tiny lily petal charm necklace (tranquility, abundance, growth) but the chain was too short and I could not get the charm off the necklace. I brought it in to Jimmy’s. Not only did he get the charm off the old chain and onto a new, matching longer one, but he returned the old one, Undamaged!! And in a pretty box. I’m happy to have my birthday present back, better than new. As always, they were so nice.
