Purchasing a boat from Jim's Marine is a no brainer. Due to the high demand, my process was a 6 month one. From the day I walked into the shop \just looking\, through all the emails and calls, to the day I took delivery, the process was smooth and painless. Jimmy was awesome! No high pressure sales, very responsive, and went above and beyond with my questions, requests, changes, etc. during the wait. Tami was very thorough with the paper work and explained everything. When it is time to upgrade, I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Working with Jim’s marine to purchase our boat has been a great experience. From our initial visit to the sea trial and signing the papers, Jimmy and Tami were awesome to work with. Jimmy was able to give us a realistic expectation of cost and what to expect and was super helpful along the way with all the questions I was throwing at him. At signing, Tami had everything filled out which made everything easier and put us in a great position to get on the water sooner. Even though we had to patiently wait due to the high demand of boats in peak season, we wouldn’t have gone with another dealer given the service and boat we ended up with.
I've had boats that have been 'fixed' for many years, but I would say that Jim's provided outstanding service! Linda and Tami kept me well informed, and Jim spent the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know. Thanks!

After shopping around at several dealerships, we picked Jim's. We thought Tidewater was a good value, but the determining factor for us were the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Jim's.
