I hired J&J Construction to build a sunroom at my home. I cannot say enough good things about them! They handled everything from start to finish and were very responsive and professional. Very good quality workmanship.

Just two years after remodeling our master bath, and hall bath...here are the issues we have!! First, some of the grout in our expensive showers, wipes out every time I clean! Joe says "harsh chemicals" MUST have been used on it! I don't have harsh chemicals in my house, nor do I use harsh chemicals! He Took months to "research" grout they used, and decided it wasn't his fault! Still must be "harsh chemicals"! Nothing is their fault, if they can find a way around it! Then.... toilet paper holder, which they mounted on my new cabinet without asking, keeps getting lose, and is impossible to tighten! They did fix it one time, but has since gotten worse! Then...I started noticing the finish coming off my expensive cabinets, along the edge! But of course, warranty is up on that too! Now, the finish is coming off cabinet hardware, so will have to replace after just two years! Also water sits in corners of my shower, and causes mold. Guess they didn't pitch the shower floor correctly! Lastly, my 25-30 lb mirror nearly fell off the wall! I noticed it was crooked, we took it down, and the screws were ripping down the drywall and pulling out! Thank God I noticed it, someone could have been seriously injured! I don't recommend this place....at all! I tell all my friends to go elsewhere! And you should too!
J & J were able to beautifully remodel a bathroom in my Victorian home that had not been updated (except for minor cosmetic repairs) since it was originally built. They were able to reserect it from a non functional state very quickly and with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. Their attention to detail and experience allowed them to return the bathroom into a fully functional and delightful part of my house despite all of the quirks hidden within an old home's surface. I am thrilled with the results and am happily working with them on additional renovations.
After scheduling and completing a few estimates for a new master bathroom, there was no doubt that we would go with J&J Construction. From the moment they walked through our door, they were kind, respectful, and professional. It was a seamless transition from getting the estimate to signing the contract, choosing our product, and completion of the project. They were very honest and fair, with no hidden surprises. Joe was fantastic to work with! We didn’t feel pressured by him at all. He was very honest and trustworthy from the very beginning. Elaine helped us in the showroom to make our selections. She was easy to work with, fun, and helped make this as stress free as possible. I can not say enough good things about Mario. His craftsmanship was perfect, and he took great pride in his work. He created the most beautiful bathroom for us. J&J Construction is trustworthy and honest, two of the most important qualities that we look for in a contractor. We are very pleased with our decision to work with Joe and his wonderful employees, and we wouldn’t hesitate to schedule another project with them in the future. Over the summer, my husband and I hired J&J to remodel our master bathroom (and this Spring the Kitchen). The overall experience far exceeded what we were hoping for. Having done MANY home improvement projects over the last 20 years, this is truly the first time a contractor actually did what they said they would! They follow up, answer the phone, return texts, have a wonderful showroom so we didn't have to run all over town, helped me pick colors (not my strong suit), started AND finished when they said...I could go on and on. The work and material quality is top notch. The most amazing thing was how easy they were to work with. They use a wonderful online system that tells us everything that is happening, who's coming to our home and on what days, photos are uploaded into our own portal so I could share them on my Face Book page, every selection we made is also in there so I can review them at 2:00am from my iPad if I want! They really have thought of everything. Once again, THANK YOU J&J. Remodeling is ugly, but you guys have found a way to make the experience rather enjoyable.
Our custom master and hall bath project marked our 4th remodeling project with J&J and just as with the other three projects this one went smoothly. Joe met with me at my house, to view the existing Jack n Jill bathroom and carefully listened to what we wanted to accomplish with the space. Within days Joe presented preliminary drawings converting the limited space into two custom baths. When the project started Mario took over and covered every detail during construction to ensure we received the bathrooms we wanted. His skill in general carpentry and tile layout gave us the look we wanted and no detail was too small. In the end there is nothing we would change. When problems came up (and they will with any remodeling project) Joe and Mario took care of everything and ensured we were satisfied. This is exactly why we keep coming back to J&J, I know they have my back and will do everything to ensure complete satisfaction not only during the project but for years to come in case the need arises. Also I want to mention the work done in the back office by Elaine and Kayla. I know that it takes an entire team to keep a job moving smoothly and on schedule and both of them made this happen. Thank you to the entire J&J family for another successful project.
Joe is a dream! I have never worked with a more knowledgeable and outstanding company. My bathroom remodel was a total success. I love getting ready in the morning at my new built in vanity. My custom walk-in shower makes it so much easier to get clean, without the fear of falling and getting hurt. Joe and his crew made this all possible and I am forever grateful for them! A in my book!
We hired J&J to remodel our Kitchen and Master Bath. We were truly amazed at the level of professionalism and quality throughout the project. They use an online scheduling tool that kept us informed of literally everything going on. The site manager was easy to reach and talk to. Elaine, the selections coordinator, held our hand throughout the entire process and really helped my wife and I pick the right materials for us....not just what's "hot" or currently "popular". The entire construction process started and ended on the day they set upfront. In todays environment of Bad contractors, J&J is one of the Good Guys!
