Buyer beware! Was given an offer on my trade-in by the sales manager, I paid the rest on a new pontoon I wanted. He said he would deliver it the next morning to my lake spot. 130pm came around the next day, still no pontoon delivery, so I emailed him. He said they were checking over my trade-in. So I already was given the trade-in value, I gave them a check, they scheduled delivery of my new pontoon, which they didn't deliver, and now they were telling me they needed to check over my trade-in...again. Nothing even remotely like a further inspection was told to me. The sale was already completed. So no phone call, and no delivery. The next day, still no phone call, so I call him and he says my trade-in has some issues and they're going to need to fix them and I would need to pay for anything wrong with the boat. I reminded him that we had already made the deal and I asked him why my new pontoon wasn't delivered as promised and he didn't have an answer. I told him I would pick up my boat and cancel my check. I was in complete shock in how I had been treated. No phone calls, no delivery, nothing! Complete waste of my time. I highly recommend you do not do business with J and K Marine.
Ryan and Karen were great! No pressure and an overall great experience. We spent all weekend on the water thanks to their help. I would definitely recommend.
Ryan was very nice. No pressure on selling gave me information on buying a pontoon for a first time buyer will be probably dealing with him in future
