Cruz is the person who I deal with. If they don't answer the phone they always call back fast. I have always been treated very well and their prices are very competitive or lower. The wait times can be frustrating, however I have never had to bring anything back due to installation issues they are very careful. They do back their products very well and all installations if you bring your own material. They also will give honest advise on what you are looking for they never try to up sell simply for profit. I have been dealing with several car shops locally and they rate #1 on my list.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Terrible timing and efficiency. Don’t do anything they say they are going to do within the time they said. Very over priced. I paid 500 for a raptor grill for my 17 year old son truck. It took them over a month to get letter for the grill they said would take days. Then when finally came in the color didn’t match and they were too small and didn’t fit. They gave me the run around for weeks and never answer the phone. I ended up taking my car to Tim’s Elite right down the street and they did the work TSS could not do. It was a birthday gift for my son and they ruined it.

Do not come here.. I had a viper alarm installed with remote start, 3 days later I started having blown fuses , transmission range sensor needed to be replaced twice , my truck won’t even start sometimes !! This is my work truck , my money maker , and they’re closed for 2 weeks and now I HAVE to come out of pocket to fix there mistakes , for my alarm they didn’t even have the correct remotes , they gave me a remote and told me to come back next week and when I did come back they’re too busy and I have to leave my truck , worst customer service I would give them 0 stars if I could
