Great selection and helpful people on the sales floor. Needs a better focus on expediting people threw the check out. Probably 12 people in line and one register open. Had like 4 people in the fabric cutting area ready to help people but they didn't open another lane. I understand the things that come up in retail but speedy service is important this day and age.

I needed very specific help to repair a sentimental blanket. The original person I asked was not able to help but she asked another employee was was more than kind and helpful. In addition to great customer service, it was much less expensive than expected.

Well stocked and tidy. So many other Joanns are messy and it is hard to find the right fabric and supplies. The Racine store is well laid out, well stocked, and their team members are courteous and helpful.
