I shop in Joann's monthly. I appreciate the weekly coupons. What I would like to see improve is online service. The website will show item isn't available; however, when I call the store its there. I can say everytime I have called to check on item availability I was always greeted with polite and helpful employees.

Highest price in town! I wanted to see what Joann's has and I needed bead string so I thought I would go see and get my string at the same time. Things looked high when I was looking around but I didn't remember what my string and other things I use usually cost. I went ahead and got it anyway; when I got home I checked my usual hobby store price and two companies online to see what they charge well Joanne's was the highest by a lot!!! They charge 15.99 for the string that other in town store charges 9.99 for. Online 10.99. Nice store. Lots to choose from. But there's lots to choose from online and at the hobby store.
