Love this place! Love the order online and pickup curbside...they are prompt, they dont leave you waiting at all and they always pick out the nicest product from the stock they have! Never a complaint!

Joanns is a great place to get all of your craft needs! From yarn, to fabrics, zippers and miscellaneous other crafts. The staff is super helpful and will give you plenty of ideas for your next project.
Lack of customer service. Really a shame when trying to get help understanding craft product offering. No one even help me possibly source it items I was looking for on their website.
Every time I come in here, it's like a kid walking in a candy store. I'll be in for one thing and end up walking down all the aisles because you never know what great stuff you can come across; especially when they have great deals back-to-back. Customer service is great, there is always someone there willing to help - and who doesn't love their reward system?!? Thank you JoAnn's for being a great place to shop and having almost everything we need to be out crafty selves.
This is absolutely reckless policy in regards to your customers and your employees. I will avoid your store and I hope that any employees who are subject to adverse action by your management, due to protecting their own health and safety and that of coworkers and customers, can take legal action against you.
