The staff are courteous and friendly when Helping the needs of customers... The reason for the four stars was simply not having s enough stock of monks cloth, for that being the main reason I was there.

Paid 500 to have something framed. Initially the paperwork said Jan 13 for pick up... they extended it to Jan 30 due to covid (absolutely reasonable adjustment). Came in on the 30th to pick it up and it hadn't even been TOUCHED or worked on. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me about the delay. Absolutely ridiculous situation. Got a half hearted apology at best. I gave them a 2 because I used to shop at joann fabrics in vanvouver for yarn, but this location does not meet the same standards as the other. I'll be shopping at other craft stores or online from now on.

Love this store! There's always sales going on, they have some real beautiful seasonal decorations. The customer service is great, all you have to do is ask.They have lots of products and its a nice clean big store.
