Horrendous customer service. I visited store to return a few items. Some of the items were from an online order and others were purchased in store. The cashier was extremely nice and returned the online order with no issues. However the in store items I had lost the receipt for. I asked the cashier to look up the items using my debit card as I was told it could be done. The cashier was not sure how to do it and asked for assistance from whom seemed like a manager. This manager was cold, rude and mad I was asking to look up a receipt, which they have the ability to do. She argued with me while she pulled up the receipt showing all the items purchased on it. As she walked away, she uttered under her breath how it is not possible and that they're not allowed to do it. Yet there it was up on the cashier's screen. I was so furious at the rudeness that I not only returned all items in this visit, I also returned the cricut maker I had purchased and bought it from another retailer (and at a much lower price too!). I will never return to this store.
Christmas is over and the store is ready for st valentine's day, st Patrick's day and Easter, wonderful
They had a lot of stuff but as far as prices go they were much higher than advertised on their webpage plus most of the things didnt even have a price tag on them which made it harder to shop instead of buying I skipped over them
