The Pensacola store is always staffed with some of the nicest young ladies. The lady at the cutting table and the checkout lady were so nice and helpful as they could be. Always a joy to visit this store.

If you are bored and shopping with my significant other, it's a great place to catch up on your email/work. I enjoyed the solitude of waiting on the aisle with no one bothering me because I'm so into my work. Other then that, my gf loves this place.

Customer service is good at this location. The inventory is decent. I think all of the stores are changing inventory right now and that is the reason for empty shelves in some parts of the store. Good clearance prices on stuff if you get there before it is all sold out. Otherwise, be sure to use a coupon for anything that isn't on sale that week.
