These guys are trying, and their staff is excellent. However, there a still bugs to be worked out, and there is no \trial\ to use in order to see if it is a good fit for your business. I would use caution if you are a small business such as myself, you'll probably find that it does not simplify your office time, but complicate it. I suspect it would be better suited for larger businesses with more moving parts. Otherwise, total overkill and far more complicated than it needs to be. My intent was to pair down and simplify my office hours.
I’ve used many CRM’s in the past from EMR’s to trade CRM’s. Most of them have a lot, but as soon as you start using them with your current SOP’s, they flunk. Job Progress was truly built for the contractor. Their in tune design with the common procedures makes everyday operations flow simply. There are many ways to hold your employees accountable and is the mesh that prevents anything from falling through the cracks. Their innovation and constant creative thinking keeps them on the cutting edge of new releases that apply to every contractor. Their desire to meet their consumers needs cannot be best. I’ve worked with quite a few of the team and gotten to know them all well. The story behind this is incredible. Mike Ippoliti and David are two of the greatest. Mike is so attentive to every single request! Truly- you cannot find better... save yourself the time and effort in demos... JP is the way to go and the future.
Rony is so easy to work with! As a teacher, he is clear in explaining directions, patient when we don't understand despite his clear instructions, and bends over backwards to help us over and over again. I highly recommend him!
