Great experience! 10/10 RECOMMEND. Eddie was was very helpful and great to work with! If the car you want isn't on the lot; most dealerships try and talk/force you into compromising to a different car but that was NOT the case here. The car I was looking for was in OKC and Eddie was able to get it down to Shawnee and put me in a leased vehicle for a few days while I waited for it plus they gave me a GREAT DEAL on my trade in! I will only be using Joe Cooper Cadillac from now on. Give Eddie a call!!

I took my traverse in for a oil change and had another thing for them to look at. They offered me a loaner on the phone when I made the appointment. I will never go anywhere else to car shop. They were so friendly precious to my grandchildren. Great service

I went to Joe Cooper Cadillac (my appointment was at 1:30pm) to have my air filter changed and I didn’t get out of there until right before 6:00pm. Not one person came into the waiting area to let me know what was taking so long. I finally went into the Bay Area where my car sat with the hood up and asked someone what was going on and he told me the technician was going between my car and another car. Having an air filter changed shouldn’t take 4 1/2 hours. I feel as they were upset because I didn’t want to purchase new brake pads and 4 new tires at that time.
