My daughter broke a bone in her arm and we went to three different offices trying to get the earliest appointment so her arm can be set in a cast. Miramar had the earliest appointment available. We arrived two hours early hoping she could be seen sooner. There was no one in the waiting room not one single person. It was 10:30 a.m. on a school day. The receptionist named Vivian had a very bad attitude since the moment she opened the window. She kept huffing and puffing as if she was annoyed to be at work today. When I told her my daughter's appointments is at 1:00 but I was hoping they could see her earlier because her arm is broken, Vivian proceeded to laugh and told me that the doctors have other patients they're going to see and then he's going to go to lunch at 12 and then he can see my daughter. She was very rude and uncaring. My daughter received her x-ray at 8 a.m. in the morning from Children's Medical and did not get a cast on her arm until six and a half hours later after 2. We just had to sit there hoping the bones wouldn't shift and cause a more severe problem. Horrible staff here. I would never recommend this place. However I have two stars because the actual orthopedic surgeon had a nice demeanor. P.S. 2 weeks later we find out that Vivian did not even do our paper work right and messed up entering our phone number in the system so bad that not even one number was right!.. which caused a mess up in our appointment scheduling and who suffered for that. My 11 year old. I hope they find a new secretary, Vivian is incompetent.
