I referred Joe to a friend, and he said he was going to do the job, went over pricing and everything. The day of the move, he had an earlier job, said he’d be over after the job; then all of a sudden no contact everything went dark, rejecting calls instead of confronting the situation, just played the avoiding game! Now they have 1 day to move, and no truck! I definitely do not recommend this company, unless u want to be disappointed and crunched for time to get ur belongings out!!
My husband and I bought a cable system from Joe Sept 14, 2019 at the Green Dragon in Lancaster Pa. We discussed in length that the system may not work with my internet and he assured us that returning for a full refund would not be a problem. When we got home and tried the system and it did not work with our internet so we contacted Joe and he gave us an address to return the equipment. We mailed the equipment and of course tracked it with the post office. The packages arrived to him September 23,2019. He has been promising a full refund, but have not seen anything. It was one excuse after another why he could not do the refund at that time. He now will no longer answer the phone when we call nor will he answer any texts messages we have sent him. He is a liar and a thief and if I could leave negative stars I would. Do not do any business with this person or he will steal from you too.

Great price and quick service. He was delayed in getting to us, but he gave us a discount for our troubles and met with us at a time which I’m sure must’ve been inconvenient for him. I’d still recommend him for trash removal.
