We LOVE what we do. For over 3 decades we have worked hard in the Jonesboro community to change lives in a positive style with our professional karate, kickboxing, grappling, after school and summer camp martial arts programs. Children, Little kids, Teens and Adults all train in a clean, fun and positive atmosphere.

Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they are able to convey the material to the students in a positive manner, which can be easily understood. The instructors understand that each student has their own strengths and weaknesses and they help to develop all areas in order to produce well-rounded, quality martial artists. The instructors have very high standards for their students and always help exceed what is expected. All of this is done in a high energy, family-friendly environment.
