We hired BenchMark to perform a trespass survey for us. Mike Springer provided us with 2210 worth of work that our lawyer has called \malpractice\, and another surveyor called \gross negligence\. In a complaint investigation, Mike Springer lied to OSBEELS, the State governing agency responsible for investigating such work, about the nature of his work. Absolutely unprofessional with no integrity.
