He is one of the nicest doctors that I have ever worked with!! I have a LONG list of docs, but he is simply the best! He is so friendly and he answers all of your questions without making you feel rushed. He puts you at ease before procedures and is just awesome!! Highly recommend.

I can never get a call back, so I will never have a doctor review. I'd have to imagine that a doctor's office who can't return a call isn't going to get a 5 star review anyway. I'm disappointed as I really want Dr. Zografakis to be my doctor. Edited to Add: I eventually received a call back from a lovely gal who discussed my options with me. I also got a call from the manager in order to address the issues mentioned in this review and why they were occurring. I am now much more impressed and changed my review from 1 star to 4.

Dr. Z was wonderful. The aftercare is what I'm concerned with. I had my surgery back in 2013. The doctors and staff were great. I'm not so sure about the new doctors and staff. When I got my surgery I thought I would have lifelong support. Well I've been calling the office for 3 weeks now and left at least 5 messages. I called the answering service tonight on a Sunday and they had the on call doctor call me. I told him I was gaining weight and no one will call me. He really didn't care and told me to call the office tomorrow. So he basically said no ones going to help me, because I've been calling already. So if you expect support after surgery don't go here. Let me be perfectly clear though Dr Z is wonderful. New doctor don't know his name started with a B was of no help.

Dr. Zografakis is really friendly, professional, knows what’s he’s doing and puts a smile on ones face. The staff are very nice and professional. I want to give a big thank you to Tina, I called two days after surgery with questions I had, she was on the phone until I was done with questions, she helped me out a lot. I had surgery at Akron City (Summa) and my appointments were there also. Thank you to all,

Dr. Z did my hernia surgery on 9/10/2018 he is the best Dr. he explained everything to me and my husband. I would tell anyone he is a great Dr. He talks to you not at you and tells you everythings so you can understand. Thanks Dr. Z
