Needed a broker to help get my puppy through customs. Robbie notified me that there was a regulation requiring that puppies must be 6 months old before entering the US (the actual age is 4 months). She got an attitude when I asked to speak with someone else stating, “they’ll tell you the same thing I did”. Finally got on the phone with Dave, of course he did say the same. The company is misinformed and provided inaccurate information as I proceeded with a different broker agency and had no issues getting my puppy through customs.
