William Letchworth

Great place to let go and unwind. A friendly place with kind helpful people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have knowledge and experience with all things gaming and collectibles. If they don't have it they will work hard to find it. Very clean, comfortable and community minded. All are treated like family.

It's a shame that people post 1 star reviews for being mildly inconvenienced. I came here a few months ago to purchase some tabletop games and was helped by the owner and some other staff people and they were super nice answered my questions and gave me great customer service. I like this place it has good prices and a fair amount of inventory. I like supporting local business and appreciate in person customer service.

It is hard to find a local game store these days that does not have a mean out of touch owner trying to overcharge for poor quality products. However Johnny is an awesome owner and he does a great job with service and with pricing. The store is clean and the staff is awesome. They know what they are talking about and the experience is always awesome.

They are pretty good. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere. Not a huge fan of having to make a card list to turn in and wait for it to be built but the good outweighs the bad.
