I chose to start 2021 off by correcting my vision, and I’m so glad I made this decision! Dr. Ashraf and his team were very patient, encouraging, and explained everything well. The procedure went smoothly and the next day my vision was 20/15!! I wish I had done this sooner, so don’t be scared and take a leap of faith. With them you’ll be in great hands for sure!

I really like Dr. Ashraf but his office manager, Melissa, ruined the experience for me. To provide some clarify, I visited several Lasik places in early 2018. I was offered prices around 3000 for both eyes at several well respected Lasik companies. I appreciated that during the consultation that Dr. A. met with me and was the one doing the actual surgery; he also offered SMILE, a newer Lasik technology. The promotion running at the time was I paid 4275 for both eyes but I could give the same surgery to someone else for free by the end of the year. I clarified with Melissa that it was actually free and she said the only optional upgrade was 500 for lifetime enhancements. Based on that promise I chose AVI. When it finally came to my friend getting Lasik, they post-poned her appointment several times and then required them to pay 1500 to use the \free\ surgery. I contacted Melissa and she did not return my calls for weeks. Finally after 2 months (I had to call more than a dozen times), they lowered the price to 1000. Don't trust anything else you get it in writing. And, no I still don't have 20/20 even after two enhancements after SMILE, It's much better than before but not perfect yet. Results may vary.

SURGEON himself called to check on my husband and fixed the pharmacy mix up.. more —\u003e THANK YOU! There were a few things that could have been handled better but the surgeon was great, really put my husband at ease and on the first night he could see pretty well! We DO recommend! Make sure they call in any prescriptions IN ADVANCE as we were left scrambling after surgery when pharmacies were closing and we needed the prescriptions filled (the prescription never got through to the pharmacy). The surgeon fixed this but it shouldn’t have happened. Make sure you secure eye guards for sleeping BEFORE surgery as these are NOT available at most pharmacies and SHOULD be included with your surgery. Good luck, we had to use uncomfortable goggles. Do your research, the only thing we got was an emailed instruction/expectation sheet. That’s it... Many lasik surgeons provide a Valium before surgery, the prescriptions, eye guards, easy to understand guides, even vitamins. My husband didn’t even get a Valium. Perhaps it’s due to the discount that was applied, which we appreciate, but I’ve seen others come home with a nice bag of post surgery care products and easy to read instructions etc for the same price we paid, so.... Other than overlooking a few OBVIOUS steps this place is GREAT! They were very helpful, very patient, and made my husband feel as comfortable as possible. Make sure your ducks are all in a row before surgery, especially if you’re an out-of-town patient.... but we DEFINITELY recommend!

Great experience. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the procedure, the risks, and what to expect. The actual operation took 15 minutes and was painless. Within 12 hours, I could already see better than I could before the operation with glasses. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting LASIK

I had my surgery done in 2017 waited a while to put my reviews as I wanted to see the results over next few years. I must say I am very happy and pleased with results. The day of surgery: very quick checkin. Surgery was very quick and exactly as explained by Dr. Ashraf. I would def do it with Dr. Ashraf again if ever had to do it.
