Everything was delicious and I felt like the service was very traditional. From my experience at Korean restaurants, servers leave you alone unless you need something. There is a phone on the wall inside each booth and when you pick it up it will ring so the servers know you need something. The server then came right away! Maybe some people don’t know this and that is why they say the service is poor. No issues at all for us. My friend and I loved everything and the atmosphere was very beautiful as well!

Jan 24th, google map 4 stars...? I feel it is under rated in terms of food quality and taste evaluation. I love 닭볶음탕, 낙지볶음, 제육볶음, 오징어튀김 in this place. Try all of it and make it to go. The to go packaging they provided are great too and a enough portion for 2 3 people easily can be share.

Worst service I have ever experienced. First, it took around 10 minutes to receive our menu. There were 6 of us and only one set of side dishes were served. This is a problem since no one comes back to refill anything without us calling for them. The food came out at different times. My sister's came out first, after 20 minutes, my aunt and grandmother's order, then when everyone was almost done, my dish. I ordered the tofu soup and bbq beef combo. The soup and meat came out first without rice which is essential. We had already asked for refills on our side dishes, and water that were ignored or forgotten. I asked for the rice, but by the time it arrived everyone else was done and I just wanted to get out of there, so I didn't get to eat my dish at all. If the owner is reading this, PLEASE tell your servers to bring everything a person needs to eat their dish at the same time. If the food was spectacular then I might be more understanding, but it's nothing special.

I really wanted to like this place, but it kinda disappointed. It's kind of a jack of all trades, but master of none situation. Lots of menu options but none of the things we ordered stood out as being great. Fried chicken and tempura veggies were very oily with minimal seasoning. The gimbap was very basic, good but not great. Tteokboki was the best thing we ordered, we got the sausage version. This is a good place for korean food, but I can't really recommend it over my usual place(Danmooji in Duluth). Sorry Bogle Bogle! I'll give it some more time and visit in person once covid is over as the atmosphere was pretty cool. Edit: Thank you for the response, I will definitely give it another try some time and update if it is any better.

Please don’t bother coming here if you want to enjoy your meal. The food was just mediocre and the service was terrible!! I never leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. It started as soon as they seated us. We waited for a few minutes but no one brought menus or any water. We had to ask after waiting for several minutes. Once someone brought it, we had to ask again for someone to come and take our orders. We put our orders in and thought surely nothing could go wrong...well, it was just the beginning. We literally had to wait for everything!! Our food came out at different times so some of us finished eating while others didn’t even start eating, they forgot one of our orders, rice never came with our tofu soup, no refills on water, and literally had to get up at go to the front to pay because no one would bring our check when we asked the waitress for it. The dinning experience was the worst in all my 40 plus years of dining.

I've eaten here few times because it's convenient and the food is pretty good, albeit on the expensive side. Whenever I'm there though, there's only one server, who I believe is the general manager of the place. There are never any other servers, regardless of the time or date, even if it's busy. She sometimes forgets to ring up some orders and never checks on you. Forgetting the order occasionally is understandable since she's alone, but I don't think I've ever gotten a water refill or anything. Please staff more people.

Eaten here a few times. 2x dined in and 1x took home. Very good service, friendly staff. It is super close, so I am very happy they are well run. Keep.uo the good work!

Went inside had to wait few minutes to be seated. Finally did, nobody came with menu or water. Ended up just walking out. They didn’t even look at us while we left. ALSO - in midst of COVID-19, women’s bathroom had no soap. Only water inside soap dispenser. No basics.
