I recently had a problem with my computer date and time. Ken was able to resolve it very quickly. They then performed a tune-up and my computer is running like brand new. Their prices are always reasonable and I have never had to call twice for the same problem. Their remote access APP makes it easy for them to correct and fix problems without a house call. I would highly recommend them.
