I have several properties under maintenance contract with these guys and they are great. What I like the most about them is that they don't cut corners; if they find an issue, they will make sure that when it's fixed, it's fixed inside and out. Price is good too; I had some unrelated repair work and they did it as a favor and charged me half of the other estimate.
