They are always friendly and helpful on the phone. I've used them twice to get specialty items you can't get at the big box stores. What's more, they are willing to do curbside pick up even for small orders. I have lumber yards that are closer to my house but I don't even bother calling them anymore because they just sound annoyed with homeowners/DIYers who are not spending a lot of money. John's will continue to get my business.
Great place to get stuff for projects. They don't run out of lumber.
John's is my go to place for lumber and trim. I've always gotten better pricing and service than any of the big box stores. They also pull and load everything for you. The guys down in the loading area are always extremely friendly and helpful.
Anna was very helpful and was able to help us order a new sliding door for our house.
