Very knowledgeable and capable staff willing to insure the job is done correctly the first time. We were traveling to Virginia and had fuel issues with a hidden fuel filter other repair facilities could not find plus an exhaust leak. Both issues were taken care of in the least amount of time possible, all the technicians are very experienced. I would highly recommend this facility.
Have a air hose frozen they got me in and find the problem in 30 minutes what a great job nice people here truckers helper excellent job fast service.
Extremely knowledgeable about our issues. Very willing to help us get back on the road as quickly as possible. We had to lay over and they arranged to get us a motel for the night.
We broke down in Tucumcari on our way to the left coast with a 5th wheel. John’s son Steve is extremely knowledgeable about my exact truck (2004 f350 6.0 powerstroke). Loss of power and black smoke. Steve put his expert mechanic Justin to work on replacing the oil cooler and a back pressure sensor (very involved job to replace the cooler). Steve had the parts, knowledge, and expert mechanic to get me back on the road within about 24hrs of problem onset. Could not be happier. Truck runs like new!
