To be clear, I’ve had very good experiences with this company. I will still continue to do business with this company. But, recently I agreed to pay over the phone to diagnose and try to fix my water treatment system from one of the owners. I missed a couple of calls in subsequent days, and called back I believe on a Tuesday. After I spoke with a receptionist by the name of Stephanie, I asked how much I owed. She said let me check, if she called back I would pay the amount, if she didn’t call back, that would mean I didn’t owe anything (we are in the middle of a pandemic after all affecting many of us in very personal ways). She never called back, but two days later I received a call from the owner to ask how the system was doing and then he subsequently charged me for his help. Now, here’s what the one star review is all about. As a fledgling business owner myself, the burden of responsibility rest on my self or my employees. If one of my employees says something but doesn’t do it, or the owner knew and did otherwise, that is never on the customer or client, that is on the owner and employees. Integrity is some thing that should be important to all of us and that is why I am leaving a one star review

This system utilizes on demand system that results in massive reduction in operational costs and less overall water/salt consumption. Besides that, the flavor, smell, hardness, and annoying calcium buildup issues are solved!!!! Do yourself a favor! Call now and improve the quality of life under your roof.
Been doing business with Huemann for 20 years. Have both a Kinetico water softener and a Water-Right Sulphur/iron filter. Outstanding service and top shelf equipment sold. Highly responsive. Had a (first time) problem with the 20 year old softener in 2002. Repair was prompt and highly professional. When the issue re-occurred a couple of weeks later, the recall tech charged only for the additional parts needed, not the return service call/labor. A-OK since then. Highly recommended.
Id highly recommend this company. From sales to service and knowledge i give them 5 stars. My job was completed promptly and beautifully. Cant say enough good about them. Thanks Huemann!!!
Recently moved to Crystal Lake, love the area the people but hate the water. I call 3 “Other” companies and Huemann was by far the honest company. Tim tested the water, provided a quote with no pressure. Huemann offered the best products and pricing, plus they are a local company. I had my water softener and RO installed in a day. Great tasting water from my Kinetico system.
