Had a wonderful experience on Saturday with the purchase of a new boat! Sue, the Business Manager, was perfect! She led us through each decision about add-ons with all of the information we needed, gave us an explanation for each form and signature, and answered all of our questions. We had a great time and can feel confident in our buying decision.

WOW! I could not say better things about this place! They were more than helpful. We took our boat out on a Sunday afternoon and the prop just happened to fall off. Now normally, it is easy to find a replacement but our boat is a 1989 Ski Nautique. We searched many places and happened to find this place. We showed up right at 8 am Monday when they opened and luckily a gentlemen named Ed helped us. He said that they were technically closed for service but he was more than happy to help us, as we were headed on vacation to Greenlake, WI. They didn't have any in their shop, but he remembered he had some old boats at home. He hurried home (40 miles round trip) and found a used one that would get us by for vacation. Our family can't thank the Boat House of Chicago, specifically Ed and Eric, enough for helping us achieve a fantastic vacation. Without the prop, we wouldn't of had a boat to tube, ski, wakeboard, and drive around with. This story gets even better. On the way to the Wisconsin, we passed their other location (Boat House of Lauderdale Lakes). They were closed but we saw some workers there, so we stopped by to see if they had a newer prop. Jeff helped us out and called Eric, who told him they had the prop, and we could buy it. Jeff put the prop on and we were now really set to go. We now have the new prop on (was used well in Green lake) and a spare. We can't thank all of these gentlemen enough. We are so appreciative of their service and if we ever have more boat troubles, we will be sure to use them. Thank you again!

Really had a great experience with the The Boat House on Pistakee Lake this past September! I can’t say enough good things about the team that works here - these folks really care about their customers! I knew Carla from previous dealings when they were Bald Knob Marina - she again got me set up with a transient slip (I had brought my boat in from out of state for a week) and other marina amenities. What a pleasure it was working with her again to get the paperwork in place prior to my arrival and then taken care of when I arrived! She had me work with Tom to get my boat in the water and trailer stored. First class. Tom and the boys got my boat put in, lines tied, ready to go, and gave me all sorts of good advice on depth on the lakes/what to look out for as it had been years since I had been on the chain. And when it was time for me to head back out of town, they pulled my boat out, got it set up in the trailer ready for towing and staged for me to hook up to when I left the following morning! These folks really care about their customers - amazing. Can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks again, Boat House!!
Top notch experience from initial web site inquiry on a Used Boat to the first cruise on the lake. After reviewing the boat online and talking to Don at the Boathouse I decided to pull the trigger. Shortly after I agreed to this boat I received a call from Susan the Business Manager, she had everything lined up for me within minutes, all the way down to insurance options. The customer service from both her and Don was excellent. I arrived to sign docs and take possession, quick and easy. Introduced to the rest of the staff (Service, Parts, Dock attendants, etc...) Susan covered everything like a pro and Don even took the inaugural cruise on the lake with us to make sure the boat was perfect. New ownership and the place looks outstanding. The entire staff is amazing, with an awesome focus on customer service. 10/10 will be doing business with the Boathouse Chicago all summer!
