I loved their “no pressure” approach. Other firms wanted us to go all in and give them complete control of our money. Our advisor at Johnson and Brunetti provided us with a lot of information and then let us think about how we wanted to proceed. We met with Alex multiple times before starting to invest. It was up to us if we wanted to invest a little bit of our money or all of it. So far the returns have been as predicted.

I have been a client for several years now and have always had my concerns addressed and have always received call backs from my advisor whenever I have requested it. This firm is professional, knowledgeable and acts as a fiduciary. We discussed a retirement strategy and I trust that my investments are in good hands and that this firm will deliver exactly what I expect with a risk level I am comfortable with.

They mishandled my parents estate. Stay away and find someone else. You have been warned.

This company baited my Mom and Aunt into this with a free dinner and empty promises. My mom lost over 18,000 because they did not give us correct info about Annuities. Stay clear from these non caring people. In response to JB. I can surely understand your response and trying to defend your business. But it's really just general verbiage. After my father took ill and had several strokes we had to move my parents to a more appropriate home for his care. I called JB asking about their annuity in winter of 2011. I asked one of your associates if my parents were better off cashing in their annuity or getting a mortgage. You turned a dead ear and told us to contact an Accountant. So you are saying your clients are so important to you. You lie sir. I can go on, but it's really a waste of my time.

With some skepticism, I attended the free financial planning dinner/seminar in CT - Joel Johnson is an impressive and knowledgeable expert in the field of retirement and investment; glad I attended. I will be moving forward with their consultative services - we'll see how that goes...
