Marvelous experience. My Miele sweeper had problem with height adjustment. Brought it in for repair. Beth called me to say that unit was still under warranty and they replaced it! all within 5 days.

Was very pleased with the help I received. Every time I've been in the store they have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Have bought 2 vacuum cleaners from them...one portable and one upright. Very pleased with both. Glad there is still a local store in the area to not only visually see the products and talk to a real person, but also a place that will repair the product if needed. Definitely recommend this store.

"Very Impressive Operation". I purchased an Oreck Magnesium vacuum cleaner as well as the Oreck Ultimate handheld vacuum cleaner. Both items were "price matched". In other words - I received the best price in the marketplace. Every "official dealer" on Amazon was price matched. The store owner and her son helped explain the features and benefits of each product to me. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The Magnesium was shipped from the factory and arrived in a couple of days. I appreciated the follow-up calls as well. The Magnesium purchase also includes tune-ups over a 5 year period. I was happy to hear that the store does its own tune-ups and repairs. I highly recommend this Oreck Store dealership to everyone. I was treated with respect!

This place is great! I took a small non Oreck wet vac to them because the waterline/hose broke. They order the part, installed it, and called me for pick up. The did this within the time stated. I was there with my rambunctious toddler and slightly better behaved prek kiddo. The woman assisting me did everything she could to help me in my out numbered state. The price was great and the service was excellent!
