Second time this week that I've bought something and it's messed up when I open it. And I even had the clerk look at it cause the box was damaged and she says it's because they've had it awhile and her two associates nod in agreement. Then I asked her to check if everything was there and she pulls it out and says see it hasn't even been out of the plastic. Which it did look like it hadn't, I should have had her pull it all out. The most important part is missing and one of the legs is gone. Now I have to get up earlier than I wanted so I can go all the way back out to Johnson city to the mall and return it. I believe it was the last one and it was a Christmas present.

The store is good but eh... The people that work there are kinda nice but they act rude. One time they arranged the stuff in there, I didn't know where half the stuff was at. I was looking for a black butler shirt and they said "um, what's black butler? Go to hot topic if you want something like that." They sounded a bit rude and they usually sell a lot of black butler stuff in Spencer's. But when I went in hot topic, they actually showed me the black butler stuff and hot topic had nice service too. Every worker was friendly there.
