I brought my engagement ring in for a resize because I gave my fiancé the very wrong size for the ring. Johnson Jewelers answered my emails promptly, my phone calls efficiently, and after about two weeks I was able to get my ring at the correct size. They did a great job sizing me and was able to take my ring down three sizes from a 12 to a 9 3/4. Great service especially around the holidays.

Outstanding, in every way. I inherited my grandmother's 1950s wedding ring set and wanted to use it for myself -- but it needed sizing and, I learned, had all kinds of damage (it's only 60 years old, right?). From the first text, jeweler Amy Johnson (I think she's Johnson?) was helpful, communicative, and honest about the damage to the set, possible limitations in repair, and best practices to bring it back to life. The store was very well controlled in COVID times, and Amy turned around the ring set, looking good as new -- no small feat! -- in about a month. The (now welded together) ring is gorgeous and bright. I love it, and I know it's as beautiful as it was when my grandmother received it. It was not inexpensive, but it was work done right. THANK YOU!
