Eventhough the part needed suggested price was 3 they charged 10. At the time of purchase had been working on dryer for several days and out of frustration and convenience I settled for price.

DARREN IS A CROOK! STAY AWAY. HE SELLS FAULTY APPLIANCES AND THEN STOPS RESPONDING TO YOU WHEN YOU TELL HIM THEY ARE NOT WORKING. THEIR SO CALLED 30 DAY WARRANTY IS A LIE.

TOTAL CROOKS, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! We bought a used electric dryer which didn't work - they said it was due to an electrical problem at our house. They then delivered a gas dryer, & charged a second delivery fee - it never worked! We scheduled 3 different appointments over several months & they never showed up. Now they won't return any messages. I finally drove to the address listed online - IT'S AN ABANDONED BUILDING. Total scam!
Was also skeptical based on appearance of place, but have purchased 4 different appliances here with good quality, still running a few years later, and they delivered promptly nearby and even to a further location. Definitely worth the price and service . But inspect the appliance fully before purchasing!!
Tl/dr: you might get spotty service after purchase, but keep on them and they'll make it right eventually. Got a dryer here again bc I got washer and dryer before and both worked awesome. This 2nd time dryer didn't work. For 2 weeks I had to badger Darren several times, stopping at the store daily. Eventually I had to lay down the law and he hooked me up with a next to new one. Which works amazing so far. Usually they are great and nice people. Just stay on them. Don't get lost in the shuffle
