We love our wedding bands and the engagement ring we ordered from this charming spot. They had a wide range of options and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Our only complaint is that customer service was sometimes wonderful, but occasionally frustrating when we felt we could have enjoyed slightly less attention and input.

Dan and his team were incredibly helpful when it came time to purchase an engagement ring last year. Dan worked very hard for me over the course of several weeks to bring in different diamonds to help me find the perfect one. The entire experience was exceptional, from the friendly service, diamond education, responsiveness, time spent with me and pricing. I found the prices to be as good as anywhere else around, typically better. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are in the market for an engagement ring go check them out.

10/10 recommend shopping at Johnson's Jewelers of Raleigh. My husband made my engagement ring here, and we both picked out our wedding bands for each other here as well. You don't walk in feeling like they are just trying to sell you stuff, as you do so often with most jewelry stores, but rather their staff is so friendly and genuinely wants to help you find what you are looking for. We had a wonderful experience working with them!
