Don’t rent from here unless you want a house fire! I rented a slide for an event and the cord caught fire! This caused a small house fire because they didn’t set the slide up properly. The lack of customer service from them is pretty humiliating. I wouldn’t recommend this ‘company’ to anyone. How awful they allow a fire and do not take responsibility. The state of RI fire Marshall has already been noticed and channel ten and WPRI will be as well! They are lucky we caught the fire in time! I have already notified the BBB and the fire station and the fire marshal has already come down. They have seen the cords to YOUR water slide. They are pitch black and there is no hiding that. No worries though, your drivers will see that when they remove your item off of my property. Your slide is a waste of space and your lack of customer service is a disgrace. Your company shouldn’t even be allowed to have the title of a business. All people have been advised and there is proof of YOUR cords. No need to get hasty ‘Dahlia’ the BBB is already notified with pictures to back it up. Oh, and no need to say you were threatened by us..it wasn’t a threat it was a promise that I was contacting the local news channels, the fire marshal and the BBB. Ma’am, not once did your driver ever offer a generator so saying that is false. I don’t need your response I need the public people to see that they should not go to a company like this. This was almost a 700 rental and I want to make sure people don’t pay for your company.

I had a birthday party for my grandchild, And it was a wonderful day due to the bouncy house. Jumping Jupiter has wonderful hard working staff and it was just a great day. So thank you.

Rented one of there water slides for the 4th of July , it didn't work good water was Bailey coming out of the slide the kids were trying to slide down it and didn't even get to the pool part cause the water only dripped out ...I texted the company that night to tell them it wasn't working good ..paid alot of money for only one day and didn't even refund any of my money ...so I pretty much wasted my money....and the slide didn't get picked up till 9:30 ...thank u .....I will tell people I know not to go to you
