I walked in not knowing exactly what I needed and Dan was extremely friendly with helping me find the exact right part I needed! Nice folks but the dock is challenging to blindside into
The counter people here are always on their job, but today mike came thru for me on a newly installed furnace. The manufacturer didn’t have the specifics I needed and mike tore into what ever data base they use and found the info I needed and helped save the day for one of our new customers!!! If you are a licensed HVAC/R company then Johnstones is the place to go. They literally have everything you need in order for you to get the job done. I might add that the parts and equipment they sell are decently priced. That way you might save your customer money and know you are selling a quality part.
