Worst customer service ever. Extremely lazy and don't want to work. Won't even come up to the door to see what you need. If your so afraid of dying during the pandemic then just close your business. I called and said I was coming to pick up the part in one minute. I was right next door. And when I walk over and stand by the door everyone refused to come to the door. Forced me to call again and then the guy that answered the phone said he knew nothing about my order and wanted to hang up. I had to loose my cool and tell him to ask all his coworkers untill somebody figures it out. Complete waste of my time.

Glad they had my part, but so misogynistic it was rediculous. All I was doing was changing out the capacitor in my Ac, and they were treating me like I was performing brain surgery, and clearly based off the sole fact that I am a woman. I said nothing to suggest that I didn't know what I was doing. What an experience.
