Astonishingly poor customer service. We came here at 11am on Saturday (they close at 11:30) and waited in line for 32 minutes. Upon reaching the counter we were told \seriously dude? We're closed\ as we received a rude and disgusted glare. We promptly left as this place does not deserve our patronage, or anyone's.
