Homeowner projects, if you need it they have it, if they don't have it they can get it. Plus if you need it and they don't have it you likely don't really need that specific thing and they can advise what you do need. Just remember this is a supply house designed and run to service the HVAC contractors. If you need a lot of hand holding and or think they should spend 20 minutes on your 150 purchase you are better off at OSH where you can be \helped\ by part time people with no clue and pay way more for your items.
